Terms of Service

General Info
→ The prices mentioned are for personal commissions. Please refer to Commercial Commissions for commercial projects.
→ I have the rights to decline the request if I do not think that I will be able to fulfill the commission.
→ Prices are subject to change.

Payment
→ All prices are listed in USD.
→ I accept PayPal or Venmo USD only.
→ Once the confirmation message is sent, I will not do refunds or accept chargebacks.
→ Payments must be made in full before I start the commission.
→ Prices may increase depending on the complexity of your character.

Process
→ A rough sketch will be sent to you for review
→ Reply back with any changes you would like or with confirmation to proceed.
→ After confirmation, a PayPal invoice will be sent to you if you have selected it as your preferred method. Otherwise, please send the money through Venmo.
→ The commission will be started after the payment is fully made.
→ Once the drawing is completed, it will be sent to you.
→ I will make minor adjustments at the end stage, but I will not redo an entire commission.

Permission and Copyright (Personal Commissions)
→ You are not allowed the claim the artwork as your own.
→ You are not allowed to redistribute the art and allow others to edit/use the artwork on any other site/platform.
→ You are not allowed to trace or modify the artwork, unless this was discussed in the beginning.
→ You are not allowed to make commercial merchandise of the artwork unless you have requested a commercial commission. Personal merchandise is OK.
→ Please credit me when possible with "Junirii".

Commercial Commissions
→ Commercial commissions will cost more than personal commissions.
→ Please send me the necessary information required to complete the commission. The more descriptive, the better.
→ Depending on the request, prices are negotiable.
→ Permission rights vary with commercial commissions. Please make sure to discuss the purpose of the commission with me.

Turnaround Time
→ Turnaround time will differ based on my current schedule and the workload of the commission.
→ Please make sure to communicate any necessary deadlines, and I will try my best to accommodate your needs.

Other
→ I have the right to post the in-progress and final work wherever I want, unless you ask me not to beforehand.
→ I have the right to stream the artwork publicly, unless you ask me not to beforehand.
→ I have the right to post a speedpaint of the artwork publicly, unless you ask me not to beforehand.
→ I have the right to use the artwork in my Portfolio, unless you ask me not to beforehand.
